Job Advert Role Description

Within our children’s homes located in Southampton, Hampshire and Dorset we support some really amazing young people from 5 - 19 with Autism, ASD, EBD and complex needs and we are looking for resilient role models who can join us as Support Workers.

As a Support Worker you will ensure that the children and young people in your care are safe, healthy and able to make a positive contribution, realising their potential through enjoyment and achievement.

This is a 52 week post, working 37.5 hours per week.  You will work in a residential setting supporting the needs of the children.  You will be supported by our established, friendly team of professionals.

You will be working a set 3 week shift pattern which will incorporate long days and short days and weekly sleep-ins.  The long shifts run from 08:00am until 22:00pm.  You get 33 days holiday a year inclusive of bank holidays.
