Job Advert Role Description
A Senior Support Worker is required on a permanent basis. You must have or be working towards Diploma Level 3 H&SC or equivalent.
You will supervise a specific team and group of young people on specific shifts. You will supervise the effective implementation of learning programmes. You will also be responsible for dealing with issues and incidents on shift and support staff on to maintain effective relations with external agencies.
This is a physically demanding role and staff will also need to have the confidence to deal with the challenging behaviours that autism can present.
