We have an exciting new opportunity for a talented forward thinking On-boarding Team Leader. The On-boarding Team Leader will be responsible for the management of a team of employees, communicating company goals, values and deadlines to the teams. 

The On-boarding Team Leader will also support management with hiring and training of new staff, keep management up to date with team performance.  

Roles and Responsibilities of a On-boarding Team Leader 

  • Support the On-boarding Manager and performs management duties on a daily basis 
  • Leads on process reviews, innovation and implementation to ensure maximum quality an efficiencies in all on-boarding processes, reporting changes to the on-boarding manager and engaging regularly with the business and key stakeholders  
  • Lead the team by example ensuring a positive and professional approach at all times 
  • Support the Onboarding Manager to raise commercial awareness within the team, building understanding and highlighting expectations on our role as a function and how we support the business
  • Support the Onboarding manager to enhance the overall service levels to the business and improve efficiency
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other departments, ensuring there is open two way communication
  • Communicates targets, deadlines and SLA’s
  • Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company rules and regulations.

What we want from a On-boarding Team Leader 

  • Previous experience in a HR Administration or Customer Service role 
  • Leadership skills- problem solving, Team work, Setting example, Development, Communication, decision making, Motivation. Strong Oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer services skills
  • Previous experience in a fast paced, high volume corporate environment 
  • Ability to motivate, coach, support and manage staff
  • Self-efficient, self motivated and forward thinking
  • Ability to recognise opportunities for improvement and challenge existing process by developing leaner solutions
