Priory Adult Care is the UK’s leading independent provider of specialist adult care services. Our aim is to provide the right support in the right home for all the individuals we accommodate.
With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.
Job Advert Role Description

Supporting You in South Wales is looking for a Locality Coordinator to support individuals who live in their own shared house, to join an award winning team, who recently were awarded the LaingBuisson Social Care Award for outstanding Supported Living. You will be flexible, as the position will include shift work and sleep-ins, have a great sense of humour, be able to listen, patient, and most of all be passionate about person centered support. Locality Coordinators are crucial to the provision of this support ensuring that the highest quality of support is given to our clients.

Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential.
