Priory Education and Children’s Services is a leading company in the UK offering independent behavioural care for commissioners across the UK.

Moor Farm Cottage is a semi rural Children’s Home on the outskirts of Calow village near Chesterfield.  We care for up to 6 young people aged 9 - 16+ years exhibiting Behavioural, Emotional, and Social Difficulties

Moor Farm Cottage replicates a caring, family environment that provides the opportunities that will hopefully one day help our young people to lead positve and rewarding lives. We are looking for dedicated, caring and passionate people to support our Young People.

Previous experience of working with Young People who can exhibit challenging behaviours would be desirable.  However, if you have the right personality, we will support you to gain the experience you need to become role models to the young people we support.  It is essential that applicants have either attained or are prepared to work towards Level 3 Diploma Residential Childcare qualification. 

It is preferred that candidates hold a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 3 years.

For all roles we require a minimum of two references.  References provided must cover the last 3 years, or you are applying to work within our Children’s Homes we will need to request all references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults.
