Llanarth Court Hospital is a 114 bedded forensic hospital providing a multi disciplinary service in  low, medium and open rehabilitation settings.

Job Advert Role Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, flexible and motivated individual  to support our HR Administration at Llanarth Court. This is a full time, permanent role in which you'll work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The HR office is a busy environment with monthly deadlines to meet. If you think you have the qualities we are looking for and thrive on working in a busy office, and have the “Can I do anything to help” attitude,  this is the job for you.

 

You must be able to work with confidential information,  be reliable, have excellent  organisational and time management skills and effective communication skills, the  ability to work under pressure, on own initiative and take instruction willingly, have excellent  organisational skills, be a good team player,  efficient and the ability to take ownership of duties to ensure they are carried out in a timely manner with accuracy and pride.

 

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and experience of working with databases would be an advantage.
  • Experience of working in an administration role would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
  • ECDL or equivalent, Level 2 NVQ in Administration or equivalent would be an advantage.

 

Llanarth Court Hospital is a purpose built medium / low secure hospital caring for men and women with high levels of challenging behaviours, personality disorder, learning disability and complex forensic histories.
