We are currently looking for a Locality manager to work for Priory Adult Care- Supporting You In London and South East Anglia.

Priory Adult Care- Supporting You In London and South East Anglia is a service that provides accommodation and support for adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health support needs. Our team provides community accommodation and outreach support throughout the South East Anglia area.

SYI East Anglia, has 4 Supported living services in the Cambridgeshire fenland area, Peterborough and Luton, Outreach services in Luton

The role of the Locality manager is required to support and enable service users to live full and independent lives meeting a range of personal care, social and emotional care needs. The Locality manager is required to support service users in their own homes with daily living skills, household duties, managing finances, medication, shopping, personal hygiene, health appointments, accessing the local community and social engagements or employment. 

Additional senior responsibilities as a project coordinator include writing rota's, deploying staff hours, attending service user reviews, supervising staff, and ensuring the services are operating in line with policies and procedures.

Travel between the services will be required on a daily basis.
