Job Advert Location Description

The North London Clinic provides a full care pathway from medium secure, low secure to a locked rehabilitation wing. The full multidisciplinary team works with men who have a diagnosis of mental disorder and associated challenging behavior.

Job Advert Role Description

We are currently looking for Ward Administrator (Clark) acting as point of contact between outside professionals, other hospital departments and wards in respect of routine telephone calls and general enquiries, relaying messages to appropriate personnel.

Role involves:

Communicating patient information to appropriate health professionals and forwarding of documentations required.

Typing of general correspondence, data entry’s and reports.

Ensuring that ward based fields are prepared for patient admissions, maintained and updated on a regular basis and archived appropriately.

The successful Ward Administrator should ideally have:

*Good communication skills

*Ability to work well in a team

*Good organisational skills
