Job Advert Location Description

Kneesworth House is a 155 bed mental health hospital situated in Cambridgeshire (on the borders of Hertfordshire) with a good commuting access to / from London. The hospital has a full pathway of care including medium, low secure, locked rehabilitation and open recovery wards situated across the site. 

Job Advert Role Description

Outline: 

  • Contributing to the development and improvement of clinical practice and clinical governance by managing all aspects of the patient complaints and serious incident procedures in line with the policy and procedure. 
  • Providing administrative support for patient related audits and contractual requirements including facilitation of a patient discharge survey.
  • Contributing to the hospitals quality and improvement cycle via participation in the clinical governance group providing feedback from patients and other stake holders on issues and themes arising from complaints and serious incidents. 
  • Acting as the hospitals central point of contact for the police, supporting external investigations and liaising with adult safeguarding groups as required. 
  • To act in the improvement of patient experience by coordination and implementing lessons learnt.
