Job Advert Role Description

We are seeking an administration assistant to be based in the therapy centre, "The Lodge", which is part of The Priory Hospital Woking. You will provide administration and reception support, helping to coordinate referrals, organise treatment for outpatients and day patient therapy and ensure correct invoicing of treatment. Reporting to the Therapy Services Administrator you will work as part of a small administration team, linking closely with the main hospital service. The role is fifteen hours per week, which will be spread over five days (working three hours per day)


You will need to be confident speaking with people on the phone enquiring about treatment at the hospital, demonstrating good levels of empathy. You will need good numeracy skills to manage self-paying patients and insurance claims, and excellent administrative skills to coordinate referrals coming in to the service.  For an informal discussion around the role, please contact Lee Houghton, Hospital Director (
