Job Advert Location Description

Reporting into the HR Director for the Healthcare Division, this role will have responsibility for the North region which covers Mental Health Hospitals across a geographical region from East and West Midlands up to Scotland. The role will partner with the North region Managing Director and Operations Directors and their teams and will be responsible for implementing the HR strategy for the division in the region with particular focus on recruitment and retention, employee engagement, talent and performance management.

The post holder will lead and manage a Regional HR Advisor  who's focus is on employee relations and engagement. You will be joining the business at a really exciting time where the people agenda really is at the forefront of our strategy.

The role will be based remotely with regional travel to other locations across the North and in particular our Leicester HR Shared Service Centre and our Hammersmith Head Office.
