Tadley Court is part of  Priory Education, one of the UK’s leading providers of schools and colleges for young people with complex needs. Broadview is part of Priory Education, one of the UK’s leading providers of children's homes, schools and colleges for young people with complex needs. A five bedroom children's home providing care and support for children and young people with a diagnosis of ASD and learning difficulties.  Children may also have challenging behaviour as a result of their communication difficulties and lack of social understanding.

An established and well maintained children's home has an opportunity for a Deputy Registered Manager to help the Registered Manager to implement effective care and independence programmes. This will include driving continuous improvement, making effective use of assessment methods and working with staff to deliver excellent standards of care that comply with all relevant regulatory, governance and quality standards. Experience of managing teams, along with good leadership and communication skills, at least a QCF 3 Children and Young People.
