Job Advert Location Description

We are currently looking for an improvement director to join Priory Healthcare, Your role will be to  provide Senior support, coaching and mentoring to Hospital Directors and their site management team, in addressing significant site improvements and turnaround.

This may be from a quality, commercial or people perspective, and usually all three of these domains will require attention. You will need to hold the Site Management Team to account to achieve the required outcomes, alongside the Operations Director and Managing Director.

Ideally you will have knowledge and experience in MH and or LD services

  • Experience of managing a group of professional staff at senior level – Hospital Director or equivalent
  • Experience of project management, service user involvement, health and safety and quality improvement experience
  • Experience of presenting verbally and in writing to senior managers and Board level postholders
  • A sound understanding of health and social care in the UK, and the regulatory landscape
  • Experience of managing Serious incidents, and safeguarding matters
  • Experience at Board level desirable
