Oak Vale Gardens is in Liverpool and is an 18 bedded unit providing neurorehabilitation for people who have suffered severe trauma or who have complex neurological conditions.  We are part of the Cheshire and Merseyside Rehabilitation Network.

Job Advert Role Description

The Consultant Psychologist is a member of the Senior Management Team and works closely with all members of the therapy team.  You would be expected to lead on all matter relating to the Mental Capacity Act, to provide training to staff regarding a number of issues including person-centred care.  You would undertake appropriate cognitive testing and devise care plans in conjunction with the outcome.
