Ridgecott is a 10 bedded service located in the Plympton area of Plymouth. We support adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health issues and some physical disabilities. Ridgecott is a homely and friendly environment where we support the people who live here with their personal care routines, to access the community and  support  them with their daily living skills, enabling our service users' to lead full and active lives whilst promoting their independence

As Deputy Manager your role will be to support the Manager in maintaining policies & procedures in line with our regulatory bodies.

Working alongside the Registered Manager, the successful candidate will be required to line manage a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring that they comply with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators. As Deputy Manager you will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the service to the highest standards, ensuring that the people who use our service can be supported to live as independently as possible, achieve their goals and lead full and active lives whilst ensuring dignity and respect within person centered support at all times.
