Priory Adult Care is looking for experienced registered nurse for our Unit Manager vacancy.

The priory group is currently looking for a Nurse Registered House manager to join our facility in Whiteabbey.  Shaftesbury Mews is a specialist service for people with high dependency physical and learning disabilities. It is made up of three bungalows in total, each home to 4-6 residents. As House Manager your main role will be, to support the Registered Manager in maintaining policy & procedures in line with our regulatory bodies.

The successful candidate will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the Service to the highest standards and be clinically strong.  The successful candidate will be required to line manage a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation.

To co-ordinate and lead on the quality and management of nursing care, patient care and the clinical environment. Participate fully with the multidisciplinary team and undertake direct patient care. Manage and direct the delivery of clinical services within a unit, ensuring it complies with statutory regulations, current legislation and meets quality standards.  The clinical Lead for Nursing  will provide clinical leadership and expertise to other staff on shift as required, assuming the role of nurse-in-charge of the unit whilst on duty.
