Our Home in Maidstone provides a safe, homely environment for young people who have Emotional and Behavioural difficulties or challenging behaviour. We work together as a team to promote independence and provide the best outcomes for the young people at our home.

To succeed we need people who share our passion for making a difference and ideally have previous experience of working with challenging behaviour. We are committed to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare and expect all staff to share this commitment.

A family is 365 days a year and so are we!

Our shifts reflect this.

In general our shifts are 24 hours starting at 8 or 9 am through to the next day with a sleep in.

If you are working full time  this would be 3 days a week. Weekends/Bank Holidays/Christmas/New Year will be worked on a rota basis.

The Senior support worker role in Faversham is for 39 hours a week with 5 weeks holiday. Applicants should have significant previous experience of working with young people with challenging behaviour and must have a relevant Level 3 Diploma.

Applicants for our senior support worker role must have a level 3 qualification relevant for children and young people. Due to the needs of the young people it is beneficial that you are a driver.

For all roles we require a minimum of two references.  References provided must cover the last 3 years, or you are applying to work within our Children’s Homes we will need to request all references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults.
