We are currently looking for a Support Worker to provide care and support for individuals with mental health problems, alongside autism and learning disabilities at Priory Adult Care’s Hamilton House in Leigh Sinton, Worcestershire.

Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Support Worker role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.

If you are looking for a rewarding career, we would like to hear from you.

The individuals we support:

We support an active group with many interesting and varied hobbies and interests. We are keen to recruit anyone who shares their love of gardening at the local allotments, volunteering at the local animal rescue centre, dog walking, walking the Malvern Hills and getting out and about locally / visiting local places of interest.

Support Worker benefits include:

  • A competitive salary
  • Enhanced disclosure cost coverage
  • Comprehensive induction and commitment to on-going training
  • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
  • Online benefits and cashback rewards
  • Cycle to work scheme
