This role is based at our Head Office in Hammersmith, London. 

Job Advert Role Description

EA and Office Manager duties include but are not limited to 

  • Diary management including maintaining the Corporate Calendar
  • Managing the CEO's correspondence 
  • Providing personal support to the CEO such as processing expense claims and booking travel arrangements
  • Overseeing the budget for the London Office
  • Office and building management
  • Ensuring that the BCP is up to date

  • Excellent organisation skill
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Ability to prioritise conflicting workloads
  • Meticulous attention to detail
