Priory Adult Care is the UK’s leading independent provider of specialist adult care services. Our aim is to provide the right support in the right home for all the individuals we accommodate.

With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Job Advert Location Description

Hill House is an eight bedded residential home for adults with severe learning difficulties and challenging behaviour of both sexes located a short distance from Norwich between the towns of Diss and Long Stratton. The homes ethos is one of inclusion, skills development, promotion of choice delivered in a homely environment.

Job Advert Role Description

The post holder will maintain a supportive, homely environment to achieve a safe, comfortable, warm, friendly and pleasing domestic home, taking into account residents’ wishes and needs. Their main duties will include undertaking observations as required, providing support to meet the residents needs as required, assisting to create an environment that encourages restful sleep, and to report any concerns to the Registered Homes Manager in accordance to company policy and procedure and regulatory requirements.
