Priory Adult Care is the UK’s leading independent provider of specialist adult care services. Our aim is to provide the right support in the right home for all the individuals we accommodate.

With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Hill House is an eight bedded residential home for adults with severe learning difficulties and challenging behaviour of both sexes between the ages of 18 – 65. We aim to provide a homely environment with an ethos built around the resident chocie and needs aimed at supporting them to get the most out of their lives.

Job Advert Role Description

The post holder will maintain a supportive, homely environment to achieve a safe, comfortable, warm, friendly and pleasing domestic home, taking into account residents’ wishes and needs. Undertake regular observations and provide support for all aspects of personal care for each resident as required, keep and maintain all appropriate records in a professional format, undertake domestic duties as agreed with the Registered Home Manager. Report any concerns in accordance to company policy and procedure and regulatory requirements.
