The Priory Hospital Altrincham is located in a beautifully appointed and tranquil part of Cheshire. With access to an on-site Doctor 24 hours a day, we ensure a safe and comfortable atmosphere at all times. Our senior consultant and therapist-led teams are also supported by 24 hour, expert nursing care. 

We are one of the UK’s leading centres for the treatment of depression, anxiety and addictions and we provide consultant and therapist-led treatments for 50 patients on an inpatient or outpatient basis.

The striking manor-style house which stands upon beautiful, landscaped grounds provides a peaceful and homely feel to the hospital, delivering the perfect environment for treatment.

Job Advert Role Description

We currently have full time/part time vacancies to work across our CAMHS Eating disorders, Rehabilitation and Wellbeing Centre Services.

The post holders will join our established Therapy teams and will be committed to evidence based practice, supervision, and will be provided with professional development opportunities. They will be an integral member of the Multidisciplinary Team and contribute to clinical meetings and care planning.

The post holder must have the ability to carry out complex assessments, formulate care plans and be able to offer a range of therapeutic interventions.

The role holder should be familiar with outcome monitoring and evaluation of the care delivered, they should also be experienced in working as part of a Mental Health MDT.

Successful candidates will be registered with the Health & Care  Professions Council (HCPC), will have a doctorate in clinical psychology and will be expected to bring the psychological leadership, clinical and consultation skills necessary to offer an outstanding psychology service to their service users and multidisciplinary teams.
