With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Job Advert Location Description

Buckingham Lodge is a purpose built care home designed for older people requiring general or dementia residential and nursing care. Combining the highest standards of care, comfort and support, within a safe and homely environment, we ensure the social, physical and emotional needs of the resident are met through a person-centred approach to care.

Job Advert Role Description

As an Activities Co-ordinator you will co-ordinate and organise all social and recreational activity for the home. Your role will involve getting to know our residents so that you can plan activities to suit their individual needs. We will look to you to think creatively to develop a diverse and engaging programme, enhancing the wellbeing of our residents through providing a stimulating range of activities. Energy and enthusiasm is crucial, combined with empathy in order to listen to and understand our residents and their interests.
