Job Advert Role Description

Working as part of a highly committed team at Lifeworks, the assistant chef/trainee is one of the key roles within our team. You will be working with a head chef and the assistant cook. You will put the clients nutritional health and well being at the heart of everything you do. At Lifeworks we pride ourselves on the warmth and support we provide to our clients. We promote independence, dignity and quality of life at all times in a person centred caring and supportive environment.

As a chef you will assist with the preparation and serving of meals to our clients, ensuring all special dietary needs are met and prepare quality food as directed. You will maintain records and control stock rotation, ensure the kitchen and service areas are clean and hygienic at all times
