Job Advert Location Description

Woodlands View is a 31 bedded locked rehabilitation and recovery service for men requiring a positive environment to stabilise the symptoms of mental illness, and develop positive self-management and independent skills for a successful discharge into the community.

Job Advert Role Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Woodland View to work with adult males of working age in a locked rehabilitation environment. Working with a full Multi-disciplinary team, you will form part of an important decision making process, completing the relevant assessements, supporting the nursing team in carrying out psychologically informed assessments and have the opportunity to work both in groups and individually with service users.

Woodland View supports service users through their journey from being supported in a treatment and assessment environment, through the community facing ward and into a community simulated environment where they have the opportunity to practice all their learned skills safely prior to discharge. There are numerous opportunities for the right individual to develop their practice further through CPD and training and also to define the quality of the service being offered.
