Job Advert Role Description

Apple Mews is a 30 bedded specialist site consisting of 6 individual bungalows, housing 6 residents in each. Apple mews caters specifically for residents with learning disabilities, autism and complex physical disabilities.

As a house manager you will have overall responsibility for your bungalow. You will be supported by a talented team of nurses and support workers. you will ensure that care you deliver is of the highest standard. You will have responsibility for staff rostering, training, medicines management, internal auditing etc.

Your caring and professional approach goes without saying, as does your strong work ethic, reliability and ability to build solid working relationships.
