Priory Lodge School is a school for young people aged 7-19 with mild to moderate autistic spectrum disorders, Asperger’s Syndrome and associated difficulties. Most of our pupils are academically able and we offer GCSEs and some A levels.  Located in Roehampton,we aim to deliver the highest level of education and care according to individual needs in a safe, positive and structured environment.

We are looking for an outstanding Deputy Head Teacher, with a passion for providing children and young people with special needs with the best possible education, to join the school’s senior leadership team from January 2018. The role is mainly non-classroom based, although your responsibilities will include some teaching. This post is suitable for candidates who have proven leadership experience, either at Middle Leadership or SLT level, who are excited by innovative practice and want to make a difference to the lives of all pupils in our school.

You will:

•           Undertake line management responsibilities for classroom staff.
