The priory group is currently looking for a dual site Deputy Manager to join our services at Rose Cottage and St Brannocks in New Romney.

St Brannocks is a 6 bedded service locate in New Romney close to the town centre.  We support service users with various levels of learning disabilities, Asperger's Syndrome, Smith Megenis Syndrome, ADHD and behaviours that may sometimes challenge.

Rose Cottage is a small 7 bedded residential service close to the town centre, offering support to service users with learning disabilities and epilepsy.

 As Deputy Manager your main role will be, to support the multi-site Manager in maintaining policy & procedures in line with our regulatory bodies.

Working alongside the Registered Manager the successful candidate will be required to line manage a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators. As Deputy Manager you will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the Service to the highest standards, ensuring the people who use our services can be supported to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals.
