Priory Adult Care is the UK’s leading independent provider of specialist adult care services. Our aim is to provide the right support in the right home for all the individuals we accommodate.

With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Marshlands and The Bungalow our two services on the same grounds that support the needs of individuals with Learning disabilities,communication difficulties, some behaviours that can challenge. the services are situated on expansive grounds and are local to the village of Lydd.

This is a unique oppurtunity to join a core team that supports the needs of a young man who responds well to positive interaction, loves to go out in the garden, long walks and needs people that can provide a consistent approach to support him to develop him in all areas of his life. There is a core team in place at present which will support any new member of staff that joins the team. the service offers specialist training to support all levels of understanding and needs. Driving would be an advantage in this role as there are lots of trips which need to be in the homes vehicle. we need positive, forward thinking people to join this great team. please apply through our vacancies and then come and visit.
