Job Advert Location Description

Stockton Hall is a highly specialist 112 bedded hospital where patients requiring medium security can maximise the value of therapeutic interventions available.  The patient group consists of men and women with /Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder and men with mild to moderate Learning Disability / Autistic Spectrum Disorder.

Job Advert Role Description

Bank Drivers - To assist in transporting patients to appointments, family visits, rehabilitation trips etc.  The transport requests are planned but on occasions can be at short notice therefore the ideal candidate/s must be available to assist with minimal notice.  The position would suit a semi-retired person.


Bank Maintenance Escorts - To escort contractors around the hospital site whilst carrying out repairs, window cleaning, PPM etc. The position would suit a semi-retired person.


Bank Catering Staff (Chefs, Catering Assistants & Kitchen Porters) - To cover shifts in the Catering Department when deficits are identified through leave etc. The position of Chef will be based in the main kitchen, experience in a similar environment would be an advantage. The Catering Assistant role will consist of food preparation and food service at ward level.  The Kitchen Porter role consists of washing up and delivering supplies, food etc. to the wards.


Bank Housekeepers - To carry out all cleaning duties across the hospital site.
