We have a vacancy for a Homes Manager at one of our residential children’s homes in the Penarth area. This is a four bed home for young people with EBD and challenging behaviours.

The home is in a fantastic location and allows the opportunity for you to help shape and support a team to guide young people through life challenges.  

Taking complete responsibility for the running of service provision, the new Manager will be expected to maintain and improve on the already high standards in the home in line with the Company's expectations, provide leadership, support and direction for the well established care team and champion the Company’s ethos.  They will also need to be able to work with professionals from a wide range of different disciplines.

The successful applicants will need to have had a wide range of experience as a child care practitioner having managed teams in a residential setting.  A Level 5 Diploma / DipSW qualifications or equivalent are essential.  Full driving licence is required.
