Are you a caring and creative person who is passionate about making a real difference to someone’s life?

We are currently looking for a Support Worker to provide care and support for individuals at Priory Adult Care’s Carlton House, on the outskirts of Leeds. Carlton House & Cottage provides specialist support for adult males who have a wide range of support needs, which include people with Autism, Aspergers, Learning Disability, associated mental health difficulties. Carlton House & Cottage is situated on a main bus route between Leeds and Wakefield and for people who drive there is ample secure parking on site.  The house and cottage has 16 rooms across the service all with ensuite wet rooms, specifically designed to meet the needs of our residents.  The service has a large expanse of garden which is well utilised by the residents at all times. Shifts are 8-8 or 10-10.
