Job Advert Location Description

The North London Clinic is medium secure service unit for male patients between the ages of 18-65. The North London Clinic  provides a care pathway that ranges from medium, low secure and Locked rehabilitation. Our staff have an opportunity to gain skills in different levels of settings within the site.

Job Advert Role Description

As a Deputy Ward Manager, you will be assisting the Ward manager to ensure safety and efficient management of the ward. Ensure that  junior staff receive supervison on a monthly basis. Staffing is managed effectively by using the staffing ladders tool to adjust need. Ensure high quality  of care is being provided  by completing necessary audits. Help  foster a culture of high quality of handovers on  the ward.

This role requires you to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
