Linden House provides a safe and homely environment for children and young people with a primary diagnosis of moderate to severe autism including some challenging behaviours and associated conditioners such as ADHD and Tourette’s Syndrome. The home is in a picturesque rural location that is within easy reach of Old Basing village and Basingstoke town centre.

Ideally we are looking for people with previous experience but what we really want is an outgoing attitude, dedication to making a difference and to share our commitment to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare.

This Support Worker role in Tadley will be 39 hours a week. This is a whole year role and you’ll be working on a shift system including early, late and weekend shifts. Applicants should have, Children, Young People & Families Practitioner Level 4 (previously Diploma Level 3) or be willing to work towards this upon completion of probation.
