Job Advert Location Description

St Michaels formally part of the HQL Group, provides specialist support for adult with Intellectual Disabilities who may also have Autistic Spectrum Conditions. The individuals may at times present with severely challenging behaviours. The service offers 24 hrs support & staff will be expected to provide the support needed to enable the people who use the service to reach their goals and to develop their self esteem and the skills they need to live as independently as possible.

Job Advert Role Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager at St Michaels. The successful candidate will support the Home Manager in ensuring that the home is maintained in accordance with our regulatory bodies. The role holder willline manage the senior team to ensure high standards of care and service are achieved within the home to regulatory standards. The successful candidate will  support the Home Manager in managing resources to ensure sales and profits are maximised.
