With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Job Advert Role Description

Ashfield Lodge is a newly refurbished, purpose built nursing home and day centre located in the quiet market town of Sleaford.

The small and intimate home accommodates up to 20 people and provides support for people with mental health and physical needs who require assistance and care.  

The home provides day care in a dedicated centre with a kitchen, lounge diner and a well-equipped activities room. The homely and comfortable environment has been finished to a high standard and the attractive enclosed gardens and patio provide residents with a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the outdoors.

The home is easily accessible either by road or by rail and is located just a short walk or drive from the town centre.

Job Advert Role Description

The work is both interesting and varied. You will support the Clinical Teams who deliver specialist care to our residents. But you will also play a major role in making the lives of our residents as happy and fulfilling as possible – not just by showing real warmth to them and their families, but by continuously looking for ways to engage their interest and enhance their experience every day.

Duties will be as follows

•  Process payroll for monthly and weekly paid staff using the Priory payroll systems working in conjunction with the central payroll function.

•  Undertake the full remit of recruitment administration in conjunction with the Service Manager and the Central Resourcing Team to ensure that candidates move successfully through the recruitment lifecycle.

•  Process expenses, orders, raise cheques, deal with suppliers on regular basis.

•  The post holder will be responsible for petty cash reconciliation and dealing with client monies.

•  The post holder will deal with incoming queries to the service and must have excellent customer service skills.

•  Undertake preparation for meetings and take minutes at meetings as requested.

•  Support the Service Manager and wider Service with Administration such as letters, memos, email communications.

•  Undertake diary management.

•  Any other duties requested by the Service Manager.Provides efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to the home, including document and report production, telephone enquiries, diary management, payroll input meeting and greeting visitors and other administrative tasks as appropriate.
