WE ARE LOOKING FOR TALENTED PEOPLE LIKE YOU!!

Knowing that you’re making a difference to people’s lives is rewarding in itself. But our many roles offer much more than that. As well as helping you grow and develop your talent, we want you to feel proud of where you work and what you do.

Job Advert Location Description

The Wellbeing Centre is a private out-patient hub ran by the Priory Group. It provides a space, where people with mental health needs can access both psychiatric and psychological therapy on a private basis. Referrals are mostly from GPs or other allied professionals. Patients are both self-funded and via private insurance.

The Visiting Consultant at the Priory Wellbeing Centre in Birmingham will have necessary qualifications, including certificate for completion of training in Eating Disorder Psychiatry ( or its equivalent). NHS experience (current or past) will be an advantage.

The consultant will be responsible for managing their own private clinics. Referrals will be received centrally via the Priory Group referral service, or may be arranged by the Consultant in their private capacity.

The Consultant will provide evidence based care to patients seen within the clinic and will also have access to the in-house psychological therapy team.
