Job Advert Role Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a full time experienced HR/Recruitment Administrator to join the HR department at Priory Cheadle Hospital.

We require a Recruitment Administrator who can join the team and hit the ground running, if you are quick minded, hardworking and confident with dealing with managers and candidates this could be the role for you.

The successful candidate must be able to work collaboratively with other members of the team and also on his/her own initiative to manage a busy workload to ensure deadlines are met and be interested in developing innovative ways of working. Reporting to the HR advisor, the job holder will work as part of a team of four administrators providing a comprehensive HR service to the hospital.

Suitable candidates will be experienced in working in all aspects of Recruitment who can provide strong administration to the Hospital. Ensure all is in line with HR policy and procedure and ensures consistency of approach across the site.

Previous experience of working within an internal recruitment team is required, with experience of managing high volume recruitment pipeline. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages is essential, as are good interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
