Are you a caring and creative person who is passionate about making a real difference to someone’s life?

We are currently looking for a Support Worker to provide care and support for individualsat Priory Adult Care’s Blair House in Billinghay. Blair House provides assessment and support for adults living with different degrees of learning disabilities. Our grade II listed building, set next to the ancient Roman Kae Dyke, has been extensively refurbished and extended to provide enviable accommodation in four self-contained living areas. We are a 27 bedded Residential Home with Nursing Care for people with Learning Disabilities in a the picturesque village of Billinghay

Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Support Worker role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.

Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant would be beneficial, however it is not essential; all we ask is that you have a willingness to learn and the compassion to care for the people we support.
