Set back within landscaped gardens, the tranquil environment of the Priory Hospital Roehampton offers calming and recovery focused residential treatment for up to 100 service users, as well as day care and outpatient services.

Specialising in the management and treatment of mental health problems including addictions and eating disorders, our multidisciplinary team deliver personalised treatment programmes and have established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of care.

Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our HR department providing an efficient and high level of customer service.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will deliver a range of HR administrative functions across the unit including the co-ordination of recruitment activities, monitoring of sickness absence, and maintenance of HR systems. The applicant will also be exposed to employment relations issues in an administrative capacity, assisting the HR Manager with minutes of meetings and supporting with the administrative elements of investigations.

The successful candidate will need to be highly organised individual with sound interpersonal and excellent communication skills. You will be the first line of contact for the HR department so you must be professional and courteous at all times. Part of the role will involve dealing with enquires and data inputting.

Experience in working in an administrative or customer services role, are essential. Plus the capability to manage their own workload and prioritise. Experience of working in a similar environment would be advantageous.
