Deputy Manager Residential

The priory group is currently looking for Deputy Manager for our specialist residential service based on the outskirts of Harrogate, approximately a 15 minute walk away from the main town and all local amenities. Aire house is home to 8 residents mainly suffering for mild learning disabilities and mental health conditions. Aire house prides itself on creating a setting which enables it residents to learn to live as independently as possible.

As Deputy Manager your main role will be, to support the Manager in maintaining policy & procedures in line with our regulatory bodies. As the Deputy Manager you are the face of Aire House and represent the home facilitating annual reviews, regular reviews of care plans and risk assessments of the people we support, involving their family, care manager, key worker and others as appropriate.

Working alongside the Registered Manager the successful candidate will be required to line manage a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators. As Deputy Manager you will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the Service to the highest standards, ensuring the people who use our services can be supported to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals.
