Pelham Woods is a motivated, inclusive inpatient rehabilitation service which has recovery and patient involvement at it's core.

The Hospital is well placed to serve the south east of England and provides for the needs of women who have complex mental health problems, enduring mental disorder and/or personality difficulties.

The hospital is set in picturesque grounds overlooking the Surrey Hills and has extensive facilities including onsite Gym, Purpose Built Occupational Kitchen and is rich in therapies which include Clinical Psychology, Art Psychotherapy and Drama therapy.

Job Advert Role Description

As a member of the Senior Management Team at Pelham Woods, you will be the Responsible Clinician for up to 21 patients, working closely with the multi-diciplinary team to design individualised pathways of care and treatment to suit the individuals recovery needs.

You will ideally have an endorsement in Rehabilitation Psychiatry against your CCT, however not essential and applications will be considered by those of both a Genral Adult and Forensic Psychiatry background.

Pelham Woods is AIMS Accredited and prides itself on it's well balanced approach to recovery using a medico-psychosocial model.  It's important that you work within the least restrictive manner and have a positive attitude towards risk management.  Quality and Innovation are also important.
