Job Advert Role Description

Moor Field House is a new addition to Moor Farm Cottage it is a semi rural Children’s  Home on the outskirts of Temple Normanton village near Chesterfield.  It will house 3  young people aged 9-16+ years exhibiting Behavioural, Emotional, and Social Difficulties          

Moor Field House tries to replicate a caring, family environment that provides the opportunities that will hopefully one day help our young people to lead positve and rewarding lives. we are looking for dedicated, caring and passionate people to support our Young People.

Previous experience of working with Young People who can exhibit challenging behaviours would be desirable.  However, if you have the right personality we will support you to gain and develop the expereince.

It is essential that applicants have either attained or are prepared to work towards Level 3 Children & Young People’s Workforce Diploma qualification.

If you feel that you can help us and our young people build an oustanding home then please get in contact. Visits are always warmly welcomed.

For all roles we require a minimum of two references.  References provided must cover the last 3 years, or you are applying to work within our Children’s Homes we will need to request all references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults.

Please be advised that references will be requested prior to interview for all roles within our schools.
