Job Advert Role Description

An exciting role has arisen for an experienced and driven individual to oversee a cluster of Children’s Services across East Anglia. Working with Priory Group Care and Education for Children and Young People with a range of Complex Needs including Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, Mental health, Complex needs and Sexually harmful behaviour.


This is a Regional role covering around 7 Children’s residential homes with a range in sizes from 3 - 8 beds. You will challenge and support the homes in the region and take on the responsible individual requirement. You will ensure that the homes are meeting budget and are working to full capacity.


Reporting directly to the Operations Director you will be part of the senior leadership team. You will need to be a strong and passionate leader with a proven record of success with OFSTED. The ideal candidate will have experience in commissioning new services and registering them with OFSTED.

- Experience in Multi-site management across Children’s Residential Homes

- In depth knowledge of EBD, SEMH, Complex Needs & Challenging Behaviour

- Background in Leadership in Care

- Some knowledge of education settings
