A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of an expanding team in our 24/7 Contact Centre, presently based in Darlington.

The role will include dealing with inbound and outbound communications in relation to supporting and coordinating our bank workers shift patterns.

Job Advert Role Description

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records on spreadsheets and other systems. First class customer service skills, a professional communication style, computer skills and the ability to achieve Centre KPI’s are necessary. Flexibility will be required around working hours.

Deliver first class customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
Ensure work is logged and updated on the appropriate spreadsheets and databases in line with agreed processes
All communication to be progressed in line with training received and agreed protocols.
Respond to all communication in a professional manner, in line with Call Quality Guidelines
