With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.

Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for someone to join our team in helping those people we support to improve their independence. We are looking for a person to join our team working predominantly on nights, although there will be occasional day shifts.

In return, we can offer you opportunities for development and advancement.

Our core shift pattern is 08:00 to 20:00 and 20:00 to 08:00

You should be well-motivated, able to work well as part of the team and on your own initiative and be flexible. Experience is not necessary as full training will be given. Above all, your core focus should be on the people we support.
