Job Advert Role Description

We are looking for a Refferals co-ordinator to be based in Tadley Court School, in Hampshire.

This role will be working  with BDM’s, Referral Co-ordinators, and Executive team to place all referrals received centrally within schools, children’s homes and colleges within the agreed SLA time frames 

Your job will be to co-ordinate, monitor and follow up on referrals for schools, further education and Childrens' homes on a daily basis, as well as support and coordinate referrals received directly at schools or within the children home setting.

This will also include maintaining databases, report writing, lead referral and tracker conference calls, lead on the set sites as required by the referrals manager.

For all roles we require a minimum of two references.  References provided must cover the last 3 years, or you are applying to work within our Children’s Homes we will need to request all references from where you have worked with either Children or Vulnerable Adults.

Please be advised that references will be requested prior to interview for all roles within our schools.
