Job Advert Role Description

An exciting opportunity at our Roehampton Hospital for a Junior HR Business Partner.  This is an ideal role for someone with HR Advisor experience and looking for their next step up in their HR career.

In the role you will be part of the Hospital Senior Management Team (SMT) and report directly into the Managing Director of Roehampton.  You will also have a dotted line to the Divisional HR Business Partner.

You will provide guidance and support to the Hospital Leadership team in relation to all HR aspects from Recruitment, Employees Relations, Retention and Engagement.

You will ensure that all colleagues are recruited to, on boarded and inducted into the hospital.
