*****Deputy Manager- Residential &Supported Living****

The Priory Group is currently looking for Deputy Managers to join our Whitby scheme, multi-site residential and supported living in and around the Whitby area. The Whitby Scheme consists of 4 homes for up to 35 adults with a diagnosis of Mental Health and/or Learning Disabilities. The Whitby Scheme also supports people that live in their own accommodation. As Deputy Manager your main role will be, to support the multi-site Manager in maintaining policy & procedures in line with our regulatory bodies.

Each site has a deputy who reports directly to the multi-site manager who covers all homes in the Whitby Scheme. Currently, sites are based around Whitby, however expansion plans see the Whitby scheme extending over to Scarborough and other surrounding areas. There is great opportunity within this scheme for development and progression.

Working alongside the Registered Manager the successful candidate will be required to line manage a team of staff and have knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators. As Deputy Manager you will take pride in providing the highest standards of care to all residents and manage the Service to the highest standards, ensuring the people who use our services can be supported to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals.
