**Support workers / care assistants needed for CQC ‘Good’ rated service**

Udal Garth is an eight bedded service for adults ranging from 27 – 55 years old who have learning disabilities and can display challenging behaviour.

Job Advert Role Description

We are an 8 bed service for adults with Autism and Learning disabilities,

The ethos of our service is very much focused around the needs of the service user and inspiring them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. The needs of these individuals is the driving force of our service, therefore like minded support staff is essential for this role.

We are looking for someone to join our experienced and established team who can change the lives of others for the best and empower them to be as independent as possible.

You will be working with and supported by a long standing, friendly team, who will ensure you have the tools you need to support these individuals the best way for them.

Experience is preferred but not necessary, as training will be given. The role will involve working a two week rolling shift pattern of 3 night shifts a week (8pm-8am).

Week one - Thursday, Friday and Saturday night
